Kensington Cove Farm

An elegant combination of rustic and chic, Kensington Cove Farm is the perfect location for your wedding and reception or any special event. Nestled on 50 acres, our wooded farmland, open fields, and bustling creek provide you with many options to tell your story. The farm is located on the outskirts of historic Chickamauga, Georgia, just a short drive from Chattanooga, Tennessee. We love family and special occasions that help families create lasting memories. This farm is a place where special moments like these can take place. A wedding is a remarkable chapter in the story of life. We are here to provide the canvas to illustrate your story - and to help you create your perfect Work of Art. Kensington Cove Farm offers outdoor or indoor weddings/parties with multiple arbors and two indoor, climate controlled facilities. “The Arthur” is our venue barn and is able to accommodate parties <150 people. The Historic Cove Methodist Church is directly across Kensington Road and is available for your indoor wedding if desired. Both facilities are included in our wedding packages below. We would be honored to schedule a tour with you so that you can see for yourself what a beautiful place we have designed for you.

Wedding Packages

When you decide to rent Kensington Cove Farm, your experience will include the use of the wedding/reception barn (includes the main hall, kitchen/bar, a caterer prep area, 1 men’s guest bathroom, 1 women’s guest bathroom, and bride/groom suites with private bathrooms), the use of Cove Methodist Church if desired for your indoor ceremony, access to many sites on our 50 acre property including 4 on-site arbors, (8) 60 inch round tables and (8) 6 foot rectangle tables, 250 chairs, and access to our collection of wedding props, furniture, games, and decorations (including photo ops with 1972 Mercedes 350 SL Roadster, 1996 Corvette Grand Sport Coupe (red) and Vintage 1880’s Doctor’s Buggy). Also included: advice and expertise from our on-site coordinators, access to the property for engagement photos before the wedding date, and table and chair set-up and tear-down.

2-Day Weekend available to rent from 12 PM Friday - 12 PM Sunday for $8,500*.

1-Day Weekend available to rent from 8 AM - 11 PM Friday-Sunday for $5,000*.

1-Day Weekday available to rent from 8 AM - 11 PM Monday-Thursday for $4,000*.

*If your date falls on a holiday (Christmas, New Years Eve, 4th of July, Halloween, Memorial Day, etc.) please add 500.00 to price above

Other Event Packages

Kensington Cove Farm is available to host other events and meetings, and can be rented out at an hourly rate of $150.00 per hour. Please inquire for details.

All events require Event Insurance and Security Fees. Booking Fee/Security Fee due at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to event.

Wedding Coordinator, Amazing Wife (to a great husband Kyle), Hair Dresser/ Stylist, Children’s Book Author — What can’t Kristin do? We are lucky to have her on our team (and in our family)! She is also mother to our second grandchild!!!
